Cancellation Policy

Fly Fares Hub understands that at times travel plans can change unexpectedly. Below mentioned Cancellation Policy interprets how we handle cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Deadline:

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure time.

Cancellation Fees:

Fly Fares Hub offers full refund as per the law if the client cancels the Flight reservation within 24 Hours of Booking Date. If you cancel after the deadline, then the refund will be subject to the airline’s cancellation Policy. The airlines can charge you a Cancellation fee and can process a partial refund upon cancellation after the deadline. The cancellation fee may change depending on the type of fare booked and the specific terms and conditions of your reservation.

Refunds:

If the client qualifies for a refund, we will process it within 7-14 business days if the reservation is canceled within 24 hours of booking. If the booking is canceled after the deadline it can take Upto 2 billing cycles to process the refund. Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment that was used to make the original reservation.

Changes:

If you need to make amendments to your Flight Reservations, such as changing the travel dates or destination, we advise our clients to please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cater your request, but changes may be subject to availability and additional fees. The changes in the reservation will be subject to airlines change policy.

Force Majeure:

We do understand that many times cancellations may occur due to situations that are not in our control, such as extreme weather or other natural disasters. In such situations, we will work with you to reschedule your flights or issue a refund, that will be subject to any applicable cancellation fees.
